Eric joined Hyatt Commercial in the Fall of 2015. As a member of the Hyatt Commercial team, Eric is focused on both sales and leasing of commercial property. He specializes in retail leasing as well as land use and development. Considering himself a generalist in the industry, Eric has completed transactions in office, retail, land and industrial properties. The majority of his book of business is conducted in Central Maryland, and the remaining in surrounding counties.
Prior to joining Hyatt Commercial, Eric graduated From Towson University with a B.A. in Business Administration, and a concentration in marketing. Currently, Eric is a chair on the Towson Rugby Alumni Association Board as well as an active member of The BWI Business Partnership.
Eric was born and raised on Long Island, NY and he and his wife Tarah call Baltimore City home.
