In early 2017, Eric took a leap and never looked back, moving from commercial lending to commercial brokerage. Coming onboard Commercial Realty Solutions was an easy decision and he brought with him 15 years of commercial lending experience. Two years later, Eric dedicated himself and the CRS team to providing our high level of service to Central Minnesota, establishing a St. Cloud office in May 2019.
Having grown up in Central Minnesota and graduating from St. John’s University, the opportunity to serve the area with his experience was the right fit at the right time. He now resides in South St. Cloud and has a strong passion for serving the community and growing the CRS brand. Eric is an active member and supporter of the St. Cloud Chamber of Commerce, Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation, St. Cloud Downtown Council and various organizations and non-profits.
