Eric Peterson, CCIM, is Founder and Designated Broker of ACTIV8 Real Estate, licensed in both Washington and Idaho. He represents owners and investors in multifamily, retail, and office property throughout Spokane, Washington and Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
Peterson has closed $66 million in commercial investment sales. His largest is the 188,718 SF 201 W office and parking structure in downtown Spokane, which he sold in 2021 for $21.3 million. Other notable closings include Riverstone in Coeur d'Alene, the Ambassador Building, and the Parkade.
ACTIV8 works with owners across the full ownership cycle — acquisition, property and asset management, debt placement, repositioning and value creation, tax appeals, and disposition. The firm's tax appeal practice has produced more than $91 million in assessed value reductions for commercial property owners in Washington and Idaho.
Peterson began his career at a regional commercial brokerage before working with a Salt Lake City–based real estate fund, where he handled leasing, acquisitions, property management, development, assemblage, and disposition across a regional mall portfolio.
