Eric Phillips founded Philips Real Estate in 2006 to provide property management and real estate advisory services to a growing client base. Before establishing his own firm, Eric was President of Capital Property Management, where he oversaw the company's operations, including the financial management and physical maintenance of over 300 properties. He began his real estate career in 1992 with a local commercial real estate brokerage firm.
Eric is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He and his wife reside in Holmdel, New Jersey, where they raised their two children.
