Eric Shreves joined ARCO Real Estate Solutions in August 2025, bringing 16 years of specialized expertise from GSA's Region 10, where he served as Leasing Branch Chief. In this role, he managed a comprehensive 6.8M RSF office and warehouse portfolio spanning Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Alaska, with a total contract value of $4B and over 150 transactions annually. His responsibilities included overseeing lease acquisitions, post-award tenant improvement execution, post-occupancy dispute resolution, and directing a 20-person staff.
Mr. Shreves' extensive GSA experience encompasses roles as unlimited lease contracting officer, regional broker program manager, project manager, lease administrator, and Region 10 Lease Acquisition Officer responsible for leasing audits and staff training. This diverse background enables him to identify both opportunities and risks for clients throughout all phases of the leasing process.
His strategic approach to lease acquisitions focuses on maximizing value while minimizing risk in post-award and post-occupancy phases—a core strength of his practice. Beyond technical execution, Mr. Shreves excels at navigating complex team dynamics that significantly influence risk and opportunity in GSA leasing transactions.
His transactional experience spans the full spectrum, from 300K+ RSF prospectus-level procurements in major markets to 2,000 RSF rural requirements with challenging market conditions. Whether managing complex law enforcement facilities for the FBI and DHS, public-facing offices for SSA and IRS, or rural new construction projects for BLM and USFS, he has consistently delivered projects on schedule and on budget.
Prior to his GSA career, Mr. Shreves served as an office leasing and investment sales broker with CBRE and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland.
