Eric Skogmo joined Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC as Vice President in May 2025. He specializes in tenant representation and Industrial Real Estate Brokerage. He began his career at Lee & Associates Chesapeake Region starting as a licensed Research Analyst in 2020. He quickly built up a vast knowledge of the market in the Greater Baltimore region. In 2021 He joined the Lee & Associates Industrial team.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates Eric attended the University of Delaware where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He also was a student athlete as a member of the football team.
