Eric Snow joined Carmel Partners in 2012 and leads development execution of new multifamily development projects in Southern California.
Prior to joining Carmel, Mr. Snow was a Consultant to The Lalanne Group where he led the analysis of UC Berkeley’s student housing operations and new housing development strategy. He also developed construction budgets and cost-saving strategies as a Cost Consultant for Davis Langdon and worked as a Project Engineer for a national general contractor, Clark Construction.
Mr. Snow received his bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California at Berkeley and a Master of Business Administration from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
