Mr. Torgerson is a Principal in the Ares Property Services Group, where he focuses on real estate property accounting. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, Mr. Torgerson was a Vice President of Operations in Asset Management at Black Creek Group, where he focused on real estate property accounting. Previously, Mr. Torgerson was a Manager of Lease Administration and Audit at Collective Brands, where he focused on real estate lease payments, budgets and special projects for nearly 5,000 retail locations. Mr. Torgerson holds a B.S. from the University of Kansas in Aerospace Engineering and an M.B.A. from Webster University in Accounting and Finance. Mr. Torgerson also received his Six Sigma Green Belt from Washburn University.
