As Vice President, Eric oversees development for Kolter Multifamily in Colorado and Utah, including site acquisitions, entitlements, new construction, and asset management. Previously, he managed land acquisition, entitlements, design, and permitting for Gables Residential throughout the Western US. Prior to Gables, Eric worked in multifamily investment sales for JLL, HFF, and Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors.
Eric has experience in multifamily investment sales, capital markets and development. He holds bachelor's degrees in international Affairs and German Language from the University of Colorado.
