Bio
Mr. Williams is a Senior Managing Director in the Miami office of Newmark with more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate Investment Advisory. As a member of the Miami Investment Advisory Group, he is primarily focused on the sale of retail assets located throughout the State of Florida. Throughout the course of his career, Mr. Williams has been involved in the sale and recapitalization of more than $6.0 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Williams joined Newmark in February 2025. Prior to Newmark, he worked HFF and in the Capital Markets Group of Cushman & Wakefield, where he was focused on Investment Advisory of retail properties throughout the Southeast.
