Erica is an integral member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group, where she specializes in the sale of investment and redevelopment properties in the office, industrial, multifamily, and land sectors throughout Greater Los Angeles. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she was a Real Estate Analyst at Barings, where she completed office, retail, industrial, and multifamily sale transactions totaling $2.3 billion throughout the Western U.S. Prior to Barings, Erica was an Analyst at DuPont Capital Management, where she was responsible for the real estate investment management of the DuPont Pension Trust’s global $3.0 billion Private Markets Group portfolio.
