A Vermont native, Erica attended Brattleboro area schools before receiving her B.A in Sociology in 2011 from Smith College where she also earned the David Burres Memorial Law Prize for students pursuing public interest law. From 2011 to 2014, Erica attended the Western New England University of Law and earned her Juris Doctor. Erica was a substantial leader in support of social justice movements in her time at law school and also served all 3 years as the President of the National Lawyers Guild.
Erica is an experienced housing manager with extensive legal and financial knowledge. She boasts an impressive background in law, team management, property management and development, land use and conservation planning to just name the highlights! Her diverse skills and work experience are perfectly suited for real estate sales. Erica holds a seat on the Board of Directors for the Vermont Short Term Rental Alliance and is also the Windham Regional Commissioner for the town of Stratton!
Erica resides with her husband, Josh Avera in the town of Stratton just a few miles north of Mount Snow Resort. In their “after hours” time the Erica Reynolds Band can be seen locally throughout southern Vermont where they are favorites at popular restaurants, venues and in outdoor concert series!
