Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn more about me. My name is Erick Claudio. I’m the oldest of five siblings, raised in Southeast Los Angeles by hardworking immigrant parents who gave us everything they could. Those early experiences shaped my work ethic, values, and commitment to serving others.
Today, I live in the South Bay of Los Angeles with my beautiful wife and high school sweetheart, Sofia, our amazing son Ethan, and our shi-poo, Sam. I’ve been in sales since the age of 14 and went straight into real estate after high school. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build a strong track record helping clients buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
I’ve worked with everyone from first-time homebuyers to seasoned investors, and I pride myself on being ethical, determined, honest, and resourceful in every transaction. I bring that same energy and integrity to my relationships with clients and business partners alike.
