Erik Anderson is a Senior Managing Director in Newmark's San Diego office, specializing in multifamily investment sales and land in San Diego County. He has closed over $700 million in transactions for an array of clients spanning from local private clients all the way to major national institutional platforms.
Erik was recently named a Next Gen Award winner by ConnectCRE (2026) and a Dealmaker of the Year by ApartmentBuildings.com in its inaugural Top 100 national list (2025). He was a San Diego Business Journal 40 Under 40 winner in 2021.
Having grown up in San Diego, Erik has served on the NAIOP San Diego Developing Leaders board and participates in NMHC and ULI. He supports the EOD Warrior Foundation, San Diego Zoo Global and Padres Pedal the Cause.
