A proven leader with 25 years of experience and $9 billion in completed transactions, including dispositions of multi-market portfolios, mission critical corporate facilities, global logistics properties and national healthcare portfolios. He leads a national team that represents global, institutional REIT’s, private equity firms and privately held commercial investors in diverse assignments ranging from local/regional opportunities to large, multi-market international portfolios. Additionally, as the Head of Industrial Capital Markets, Erik leads the firm’s industrial capital markets platform that spans the entire transaction process, from early construction strategy and development capitalization to market positioning and disposition analysis/execution for commercial assets.
