Erik became part of Litwin Management after graduating from Babson College with a B.S. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance. He is responsible for financing, lease negotiations, all aspects of property management, CAM reconciliations, financial reporting, and tenant improvements. Over his career, Erik has successfully negotiated over 800 leases and has been responsible for millions of dollars in capital improvements and tenant upgrades. Previously, Erik worked in the accounting and human resources departments of Westfield Group, the largest retail property group in the world by equity market capitalization. He also worked as Assistant General Manager of Westfield Fashion Square Mall in Sherman Oaks, CA.
