Erik leads Virtú Investments’ Acquisitions Department, where he is responsible for underwriting and touring new opportunities, negotiating purchase and disposition PSAs, structuring joint venture partnerships, and managing broker listing agreements. He oversees a team of regional directors and analysts, guiding the firm’s acquisition strategy and execution nationwide.
Erik joined Virtú in 2012 and, with more than a decade of experience sourcing and closing transactions across diverse markets and asset types, he has developed deep expertise in the Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions.
