Prior to joining Cresa he worked as a Senior Director in Avison Young’s New York City’s office and lead the Consulting & Advisory Group. As the group lead he helped structure customized client requirements with creative occupancy strategies focusing on solutions that seek to minimize costs and market risks while optimizing financial benefits.
Erik is a well-respected finance and business development leader with significant experience and success in executing real estate solutions for tenants, landlords, and owners by developing strategic solutions through financial deal underwriting and market risk analysis.
Prior to joining Avison Young, Sznip spent eight years at Cushman & Wakefield, most recently as a Senior Director within the Strategic Advisory Group, where he was responsible for managing the firm’s quantitative transaction support, which includes the creation and implementation of complex real estate solutions as well as customized financial models for client engagements. He managed the assignment process end-to-end from inception through the negotiation phase and execution and devised customized presentations for new tenant representation and landlord agency business endeavors.
