Mr. Ylitalo is a Senior Managing Director at MCB responsible for commercial leasing of office, retail and industrial projects across the portfolio. Currently Erik oversees approximately 9 million square feet of space spread over a variety of product types in various stages of development and investment cycles. Prior to joining MCB in 2022, Erik was a First Vice President with CIM Group since 2012, a Los Angeles based owner/developer where he led leasing efforts for their Eastern US portfolio. Before CIM, Erik leased retail portfolios for Edens and Faison over an eight-year span which followed ten years as an office leasing broker in Washington, DC and Portland, Oregon.
