As a Tenant Representation Broker at JLL Montréal, Erika Ricupero helps companies find their ideal locations through a patient, thorough, and client-focused approach. By leveraging the expertise of JLL’s dedicated professionals, she provides comprehensive services including market research and comparables, needs assessments, financial analysis, strategic site selection, expert lease negotiations, sublease and renewal assistance, and collaboration with space planning and design teams. Erika holds a B.A. in Urban Planning (Specialization) from Concordia University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker (residential and commercial) with the OACIQ. Her professional background includes tech advisory leasing at CBRE and serving as a judging panelist for Deloitte’s Fast50. She is also a GIA Certified Diamond Professional.
Beyond her work in commercial real estate, Erika is deeply passionate about philanthropy, particularly supporting clinical cancer research in honor of her mother. She values continuous learning, active living, and, above all, quality time with her family.
