With two decades of experience in commercial real estate. She previously held senior level positions within both boutique and large publicly traded companies, including JLL, Vail Resorts and Prologis, with proven expertise in leading teams to deliver results within ever-changing commercial real estate market conditions. Erinn has worked across all asset classes as an advisor and transactional expert handling leasing, acquisition and disposition deals, with additional expertise in asset and portfolio management as well as retail and development programming/placemaking. Erinn is currently focused on bolstering the operations at NavPoint to align with the firm’s strategic goals and growth strategy.
Erinn is on the Board of Trustees for Historic Denver and is a Susan Stanton Leadership Academy Mentor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Williams College and a Master of City Planning with Certificate in Real Estate Design & Development from the University of Pennsylvania and the Wharton School. Erinn lives in Jefferson County with her husband, daughter, son and dog, enjoying all aspects of the Colorado mountain lifestyle.
