Raised on his family’s cattle operation and a 2004 graduate of Texas A&M University, Ernest has vast experience in production agriculture, livestock management and advanced reproduction. With over 25 years as a heavy equipment operator and Class A CDL holder—as well as an IFR-rated private pilot with more than 850 flight hours— he offers a unique and practical perspective on project management and jobsite logistics.
Ernest served four terms in the Texas House of Representatives, further honing his skills in navigating complex governmental regulations and bureaucracies. His leadership experience is matched by a robust business network across Texas and neighboring states.
As a licensed REALTOR®, Ernest has successfully managed numerous transactions involving raw land, new home construction, and turnkey subdivisions. This has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of contract execution and real estate development.
