Ernie Felici Jr joined Beacon Hospitality in 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, but had been involved in an advisory role for Beacon Hospitality since 2007 in his previous employment as a Commercial Real Estate Broker of Record and Advisor at Cushman & Wakefield of Delaware, Inc. Joining C&W in 2006, Mr. Felici focused his efforts on the sale and leasing of corporate and commercial assets throughout Delaware. He assisted Mr. Moore with the acquisition of the parcels for all three Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham. Mr. Felici is currently responsible for the oversight of the operations of all Beacon properties and their management teams as well as expanding the portfolio footprint into the future.
Mr. Felici graduated from Villanova University and now serves as Immediate Past President of the Dewey Beach Lions Club and a member of the Sussex Economic Development Action Committee “SEDAC”, an economic development committee for Delaware’s largest County, where he also held positions as President and Vice President.
