Wronka Ltd was founded by Ernest C. Wronka, SIOR, CCIM, GRI. Ernie’s passion for commercial real estate began while running his family’s commercial construction and multi-family land development company. He later entered the real estate industry in 1981 and went on to found Wronka Ltd in 1990. Today, Ernie runs the company with his wife and business partner, Marianne Wronka, with a focus on helping businesses sell, purchase or lease commercial and industrial real estate in the Boston area, Eastern Massachusetts, and Southern New Hampshire.
Ernie holds both the highly-coveted designations of Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Institute (CCIM), Affiliates of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
