Howdy! Esteban here, founder of Vanguard Realty Investments, launched in early 2025. Although Vanguard is new, I’ve been in the real estate business for nearly a decade. I moved to Bakersfield in 2015 and went straight into real estate, building extensive experience selling both homes and apartments.
While multifamily properties remain my specialty, I’ve expanded into residential real estate through Homes.com to better serve families and individuals in our community. I enjoy the art of negotiation—it’s one of the most crucial parts of this business and something I take pride in.
