Ethan is Vice President in the Austin, TX office of Sands Investment Group and has more than 25 years experience selling investment properties. Ethan specializes in the sale of shopping centers and multitenant NNN properties. He leads a team of top producers brokering deals in TX, the midwestern and the southeastern states and has transacted over $1 billion in total sales volume for private equity, institutional and syndication ownership groups. Previous to Sands, he owned his own brokerage, and worked at national brokerage firms including Marcus & Millichap. Ethan thrives on collaboration and solving complex challenges that are common in the sale of multi-tenant investment real estate.
