Mr. Agnone joined CBRE, Inc. in the spring of 2005 specializing in industrial leasing and sale. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Agnone was employed by Grubb & Ellis. Mr. Agnone has over 12 years of experience and has leased or sold in excess of 8 million square feet during his tenure in the industry.
Mr. Agnone focuses on industrial real estate along the I-75 corridor and southeast side of Oakland County within the Detroit marketplace. Mr. Agnone initiates his experience in developing successful business relations with local and national companies throughout Oakland County and surrounding areas. With a vast array of experience in the disposition and leasing of industrial properties and land, Mr. Agnone represents both Landlord and Tenant.
