As part of the firm’s Corporate Services Group, she represents manufacturers, logistics operators, and global corporations, including Fortune 500 companies, in complex facility and site selection decisions across major U.S. industrial markets.
Her work centers on port-centric distribution and supply chain infrastructure, including lease negotiations, acquisitions, dispositions, land transactions, and Class A build-to-suit developments. Eunice advises executive teams on site strategy, deal structure, entitlements, long-term expansion planning, and state incentive programs, translating market data into clear business decisions.
