Evan specializes in Tenant and Landlord representation in the Metro Atlanta area leveraging his experience in logistics and development to guide clients through the industrial real estate landscape.
Evan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Georgia. Prior to joining Apex, Evan honed his development skills at an Atlanta based project management firm. There, he successfully led cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of various commercial real estate developments on behalf of owners. Prior to that, Evan leveraged his analytical skills at The Home Depot, identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions for their Bulk Distribution Center network, managing facilities across Texas, Louisiana, Utah, and New Mexico. From this experience, Evan brings a unique understanding of supply chain intricacies and their crucial role in industrial real estate.
Evan is a Georgia native, who currently resides in East Cobb with his wife Olivia.
