Evan Burke joined Marcus & Millichap in 2015 as an agent specializing in multifamily properties and is a member of the 75 Units and Under team led by industry veterans, Nick Fluellen and Bard Hoover. Burke is well versed in multifamily assets with 75 units or less situated in the major areas of Dallas, as well as its sprawling and ever-expanding network of suburbs. Growing up in Texas, he has acquired an in-depth knowledge of the area and has witnessed the numerous changes within the city’s economic and development landscape. Since joining Marcus & Millichap, Burke has established himself with numerous investors in the area through his detail oriented and goal driven approach. He has a distinctive skill for seeing the big picture behind his client’s goals, while understanding the complex process and actions necessary to attain these goals. The combination of his market expertise and his ability to build strong client relationships enables Burke to surpass his client’s expectations time after time. Burke continues to deliver the superior advisory services that have made Marcus & Millichap an industry leader nationwide for years.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Burke had a successful career in education. A former high school teacher and coach, he spent a great deal of time listening to the needs of his students and continually sought the best methods to construct the most optimal academic environment for all his students. Through his teachings, he inspired his students to achieve their goals and reach success in several arenas some never thought possible. Only after his own dealings with real estate investments did Burke realize he could apply the same drive, passion and commitment he had for his students to the commercial real estate industry. He utilizes his adaptable and collaborative methods to create customized and strategic solutions unique to each of his clients, paving the way for their individual financial and investment achievements.
Burke graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and obtained his Master of Arts in theological studies from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. Burke, his wife, Sarah, and their two daughters currently reside in Denton and are active members of The Village Church Denton.
