With a strong foundation in real estate, Evan brings six years of experience from Greenstreet Partners, where he successfully underwrote over $1 billion in ground-up multifamily projects as a Senior Analyst. Holding degrees in Finance and International Real Estate from The University of Alabama and Florida International University, respectively, he is driven by a passion for real estate and dedicated to the team’s success.
