To say that Evan F. Church lives and breathes Williamsburg real estate would only be discussing the tip of his professional iceberg. Not only do his 10 years of experience in the field bleed through to other prime locals including Manhattan and other Brooklyn, but his roots in Williamsburg run far deeper than just real estate.
Evan's first steps into real estate were taken a decade ago, directly after his graduation from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, when he began as an Associate Broker at a local Williamsburg Brokerage. There he developed a reputation for hard work, innovative thinking, and a commitment to his clients. Working on projects ranging from new development sales and rental projects, to commercial real estate transactions, Evan developed a broad understanding of and deep relationships within, the NYC real estate community. This vast knowledge and commitment to his work are the tools he uses to bring his clients and customers swiftly and soundly to their goals.
Helping grow the company, Evan eventually discovered the professional limitations of working for a local brokerage. He decided to join The Corcoran Group to unlock new opportunities. Staying in the neighborhood he calls home, Evan settled into our Williamsburg office just 2 years ago. He has brought with him endless knowledge of the area's offerings, as well as extensive, hard earned community relationships. His value to the company being quickly recognized, Evan has leaped to the position of Vice President in record time.
To follow suit with his leadership skills and limitless energy for constant innovation and improvement, he has created his own real estate team, The Forray Group, under Corcoran's nurturing umbrella. With the loyal and diversely experienced backing of his business partner, Chris Cavorti, and associates Kate Prezelski and Wesley Wiencek, The Forray Group is a comprehensive real estate machine that meets all its client's real estate needs with a huge smile and the force of an army. But Evan's goals in real estate go beyond just expertly serving his clients and conducting business the right way. They are personal as well. His Grandparent's home rests here in Williamsburg, on Conselyea Street, humbly among the modern new developments and now bustling streets. This landmark of his heritage and childhood serves as a reminder to him of a greater goal in his life's work. That of maintaining the integrity of a neighborhood and serving a community that he calls family.
