Evan Crawford began his career with CBRE as a licensed agent in 2019. Born and raised in Southern California, Evan attended Phillips Exeter and Santa Clara University through basketball before focusing on his career in Commercial Real Estate. His finance background has given him an understanding of the industrial markets in the Greater Los Angeles region through optimization of data. Evan’s ability to balance school and sports during his time at Santa Clara has given him valuable leadership and organizational skills that he uses every day at CBRE. Evan brings an energetic and competitive attitude to the team.
Evan joined Jeff Stephens and Jack Mergenthaler’s team in 2019. He focuses on gathering intelligence on Central LA’s active buyers/sellers/investors, landlords, available properties, recent transactions and market dynamics—and he organizes his team’s combined intelligence within a database that can be filtered to expose opportunities and strategy specific to a client’s pursuit.
