Evan Jerome, Broker, is a member of the Cornerstone Commercial Office Team, specializing in the sales, leasing and investment of Office Property in the Mid and North Pinellas County Office markets. With his knack for customer service and his in depth knowledge of the market, Evan is committed to creating additional value for his clients.
Evan graduated from Florida State University with Bachelor of Science degrees in both Real Estate and Finance. Evan also holds a Master’s degree in Finance with The University of Tampa.
Evan is a member of: the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), Safety Harbor Chamber of Commerce, Upper Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce and sits on the board of the Bay Area Young Professisonals. He is currently pursuing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
