Bio
Evan is responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing activity for Time Equites’ National Retail portfolio. In his role, he is a key resource for building and maintaining existing relationships with national & local tenants. Evan is a licensed real estate salesperson with 4 years of leasing experience in both the residential and commercial sides of the business. Evan majored in real estate development and has a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University. In addition to his academic success, Evan was a 4-year member and two year Captain of the NYU basketball team and received recognition as the UAA Conference player of the year, All-American and a two time winner of the prestigious NYU Academic Student Athlete of the Year award. In his free time Evan enjoys golf, water/snow skiing and physical fitness.
