Evan started his professional career in the automotive industry and held a key role as a Plant Controller for a large tier 1 components manufacturer. He also served time as a consultant working with small and mid-sized companies. This experience has provided him with a well-rounded understanding of how to value and assess a various different types of assets.
As a commercial real estate broker Evan has worked with various types of investors and property types. Ranging from syndicators looking to acquire 50+ unit multifamily properties, to sole principals looking to acquire owner-occupied properties.
