Evan is an Executive Vice President in the Jones Lang LaSalle West Los Angeles office and is a key member of the Tenant Representation team. A well-respected advisor, Evan has guided his clients through complex real estate transactions across Los Angeles and throughout the United States. His current responsibilities include advising clients through new lease negotiation, lease renewals, subleases and space disposition, workspace evaluation, space programming, site assessment and selection, financial analysis, and strategic planning. Evan brings over ten years of experience in the Tenant Representation and Corporate Services business. He has effectively consulted with clients across many industries, including finance, legal, and entertainment. Most recently, Evan has negotiated on behalf of clients like Discovery, Turner Broadcasting, Air Lease Corporation, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citicorp, Deutsche Bank, NY Life Insurance, and US Bank. Evan attended the University Wisconsin – Milwaukee Bachelors of Business Administration – Finance and Economics and Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona - International Business, Spanish.
