Evan Reynolds founded Dental Space Advisors and Medical Space Advisors in 2001 and is considered a leading expert in healthcare real estate. He has written numerous articles published in national and state publications including Medical Economics and Texas Dental Journal. Mr. Reynolds is a frequent guest speaker and panel participant for a variety of dental and medical organizations. Some of these groups include Dallas County Medical Society, Texas Dental Association, Baylor College of Dentistry, University of Texas Health Science Center School of Dentistry in Houston, Greater Houston Dental Society, Breakaway Practice Seminars, Dallas County Dental Society and Capital Area Dental Society.
Evan has helped hundreds of healthcare professionals with their real estate needs since 2001. He has worked with numerous start-ups and established dental providers as well as larger medical clients including Texas Health Resources and Children's. He has a keen interest in developing key metrics for evaluating locations based on demographic and competition information.
Evan and his wife Lourdes reside in Dallas, Texas with their two children. He is an active member of his church and enjoys playing guitar, tennis, reading and coaching youth sports.
