Evan Tessler is an Associate in Savills Orlando and Tampa offices with a focus on tenant representation. He provides invaluable support to the Tampa brokerage team and their roster of corporate clients. Evan is recognized by his colleagues for his discipline, leadership skills, and focus.
Prior to joining Savills, Evan gained valuable experience at Largo Capital, Inc., where he supported underwriting and analysis of commercial real estate financing opportunities, evaluated property performance, and monitored market trends. His knowledge of financial software and tools contributed to the overall efficiency of projects during his tenure. While in college, Evan served as Team Captain for Rollins College's Men’s Lacrosse team, where he developed leadership, communication, and goal-setting skills that continue to shape his collaborative and results-driven approach in the workplace.
