Mr. Choate is a member of Lee and Associates Newport Beach office, focusing on flex, industrial and low-rise office properties and businesses in the John Wayne Airport area.
Ewan received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He currently resides in Newport Beach.
Currently, he represents more than 600,000 sf of industrial, flex, and office product in the Greater John Wayne Airport Area. Mr. Choate focuses his efforts on finding high growth companies that need more space. In addition, he helps local businesses bench mark their lease or mortgage costs to identify if they can lower the operating expenses associated with real property.
