I am the Broker and Owner of Fed-Man Real Estate, LLC, a multi-state real estate firm with offices in Georgia and New York. I founded Fed-Man Real Estate in 2011, combining my extensive leadership, operations, and process management experience with my lifelong entrepreneurial vision.
From the start, I recognized that real estate transactions are complex and often misunderstood by both clients and agents. I made it my mission to educate and guide every buyer, seller, and agent I work with—ensuring they understand each step and feel confident in their decisions. This approach has shaped my business philosophy: “Real Estate—it’s not about houses, it’s about people.”
I specialize in Residential & commercial real estate, investment opportunities, and strategic property management, providing solutions that maximize value, efficiency, and long-term growth. Early in my real estate career, I earned designations including Certified HUD Specialist, Elegant Homes Specialist, and Commercial Brokerage Certifications, demonstrating my commitment to professionalism and expertise.
My multi-state licensing, including Georgia and New York, has allowed me to expand my reach and provide education, guidance, and brokerage services to clients across diverse markets. I have developed and led home buying and selling seminars, agent education programs, and investor workshops—helping others navigate real estate with clarity and confidence.
