Felicia Saunders is the Operations & Marketing Lead at Lee & Associates Tampa Bay. Having worked in commercial real estate since 2018, Felicia is an experienced Marketing Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the commercial real estate industry. Her primary focus is on industrial commercial real estate. She is skilled in the creative and administrative workspace.
Felicia uses her extensive marketing knowledge of industrial properties to provide innovative ideas, attentive service, thorough attention to detail, and unparalleled dedication to their client’s needs to ensure the success of each assignment.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Felicia began her commercial real estate career at Cushman & Wakefield and later transferred to JLL. She served as an integral member on the Industrial teams at both firms, providing top tier marketing, transaction, organizational and administrative support to multiple brokers who represent landlords, buyers, tenants and sellers in the Tampa Bay Industrial market.
