Bio
Fer joined our AC team in October 2019 and serves as our Director of Marketing. She has a BA in Graphic Design and graduated in Mexico City where she is originally from. She is responsible for our company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image to drive sales and build brand awareness. She prepares annual marketing plans, creates calendar of campaigns and events, handles tradeshows and sets the marketing budget. She is also in charge of providing tools and materials to enable the leasing team to function effectively, as well as managing and refine the company’s social media presence. Fer resides with her husband, Steven, and her two children in Lumberton, Texas.
