Bio
Fernando has over 20 years of experience in South Florida’s real estate sales, leasing, investment and financing. In 2012, he was the top commercial broker for his previous firm, with the most signed leases and existing business sales in Brickell. He has experience with development of retail and multifamily projects, as well as property management. While a Broker Retail Specialist with Marcus & Millichap, he was number one in commercial real estate sales for assets ranging from $1M-$10M for 2011. He has a strong background in financial services and loan origination to help complement every sale. He has extensive experience with planning and management of financial projects, including providing commercial and industrial projects with alternatives to national banking, and recovery and asset management of commercial properties. In addition to sales of commercial projects and residential real estate, he has also provided the funding for these projects. He was responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with over 60 banks and financial institutions. Fernando showed his ability to adapt while helping clients achieve financial independence and plan for retirement, protecting their assets with legal strategies, and thus managed to exceed market conditions and had the best fiscal year during the lowest point of the 2007 financial crisis.
