Fiona has been a trusted advisor to a number of international and UK based retailers in both expansion and rationalisation of store portfolios. These include Arcadia, O2, Borders, Screwfix, Bathstore, B&Q, Costco Wholesale, Sainsbury’s, Blacks Leisure, Muffin Break and Mothercare.
Having developed a market leading Asset Management business at Churston Heard, Fiona was successful in transferring and expanding her relationships with a significant number of Landlords to include private equity investors, property companies, asset management businesses and institutional property owners.
Fiona has worked closely with Land Securities, Brockton Capital, Tristan Capital Partners, Aberdeen Standard, London Metric Plc, Peel, Orbit Developments, Ediston, Capital & Regional, Threadneedle, Pradera and LaSalle Investment.
