Forrest Bass, Managing Director, joined Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales in January 2020. Mr. Bass brings over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and is responsible for the origination and execution of multifamily property sales, with a focus in Austin and San Antonio, Texas. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Bass served as a managing director of the Capital Markets group at HFF preceding the JLL acquisition. There, he was responsible for multifamily investment sales throughout the Texas region. During his career, Mr. Bass has closed over $3 billion in apartment sales throughout Texas and has been a multifamily sales advisor since 2003. Mr. Bass holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business.
