Bio
Franc Magaña is an industry expert with over a decade of experience in sale and leasing of industrial and retail commercial real estate. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in the sale, leasing, and marketing of over $900 million and millions of square feet of retail real estate and tenant representation across Southern California.
Franc started in the industry as a Research Associate and then Sales Associate at Colliers International’s Los Angeles office in 2008. In January 2023, he joined Kennedy Wilson Brokerage as a real estate advisor.
Franc is a former United States Marine and Iraq War veteran and holds a B.S. in Finance/Economics from California State University, Los Angeles.
