As Development and Investor Services , Frances is responsible for brokering lease transactions from start to finish.
Frances’ primary experience focus is on Pope & Land’s North Fulton mixed-use development project, Northwinds Summit, and is currently pre-leasing 1.2 million square feet of office. She is a member of Pope & Land’s leasing team with buildings located in the following Atlanta submarkets: Kennesaw, Central Perimeter, Cumberland/Galleria and North Fulton.
Frances Land graduated with a BA in Sociology from Emory University.
Frances is currently a member of the Young Council of Realtors, a branch of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
Frances comes from a long line of real estate professionals and has been an avid equestrian her entire life, with winnings garnering over half a million dollars throughout her show jumping career. She enjoys riding horses, traveling and reading.
