Bio
Fran is a senior director in the Philadelphia office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joins JLL as part of the HFF acquisition. Fran has 13 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in the sale of investment properties for domestic and international clients, including pension fund advisors, REITs, developers, private equity investors, tenant in-common programs (TICs) and major corporations. Over the course of his career, Fran has been involved in more than $4.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions.
Before his time with HFF, Fran spent four years as an associate with the Capital Markets, Institutional Properties team at CBRE in Philadelphia, where he focused on the sale of institutional quality properties.
Prior to joining CBRE, he worked as a senior investment analyst at Grosvenor Fund Management U.S. Inc. in their Philadelphia office, where he focused on asset management of office, multifamily, retail and seniors housing.
