Franetta Savage serves as Vice President of Property Management for Hillwood. She oversees and manages more than 19 million square feet of industrial and office space in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, Mississippi, Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee and Texas.
Prior to joining Hillwood, Franetta worked for several years in property management for JPI and Trammel Crow, serving office and retail properties. In 1990, Franetta joined Hillwood working at AllianceTexas and then moved into marketing for American Airlines Center and Victory Park in Dallas, Texas and joined the HIP team in 2002.
In 2004, Franetta became a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
